Marianna Ochira

The surname Ochira comes from the name of the Altai goddess of earth and fertility Ochira from the ancient epic "Ochy-Bala". And also on behalf of the ancient Altai family of my paternal ancestors "Ocha".
I tried myself in a variety of areas of art, design, video art. As a result, I followed the call of my heart and came to what I love the most - painting, experimenting with paints and colors. This is what gives me real inspiration, energy and joy. After all, I have been a synesthete since childhood - I see letters, numbers and sounds in color.
Intuitive painting is an improvisation, a game, a journey in which you cannot predict your next destination. This is the most intimate communication with the Universe, with the Creator, a sincere living art without trying to prove anything, pretend, or achieve. This is a performance alone or with spectators, painting of being in the present moment, meditation. This is prayer.
I use the same principles of naturalness in dance and, if possible, in life. I practice mindful movement, contact improvisation in water and on land.
Combining more than 20 years of experience in creativity, dance, mindfulness and personal development, I imbue my painting and teaching style with a deep connection of Body, Mind and Spirit.
Now I am painting energetic pictures of the Force. I conduct trainings in intuitive painting and essential drawing - I help people to reveal their creative potential and inner freedom, to become more conscious, receptive and happy. A unique and effective technique allows people with no drawing experience to write original, highly personal paintings and nurture a real artist in themselves.
Graduated from the Institute of Arts in 1996. She defended her diploma with honors at the department of painting (portrait).
She taught at a private school, then at the department of drawing at the Institute of Arts. She worked as a designer. I tried myself
in various types of creativity.
Actress and director of the "Awakening" playback theater (2010-2012).
Currently a freelance artist, teacher of intuitive painting (art studio "Ma Ra"). I paint portraits, landscapes, energetic pictures of the Force.
