Amazing stories of creative transformation
I would like to splash out my impressions here, on paper, so to speak. Would write poetry, perhaps in poetry. But ..... I'll try with words.
Say thanks ? No. I simply bow and admire. I look forward to each lesson with impatience. I run, losing my slippers. I swing again on the creative swing - then you feel brilliant, then a complete insignificance. You constantly experience many moments of development of each picture. The impression is that someone is waking up in you. Perhaps this is the same girl or woman which is hiding from our harsh society. One of the discoveries is color treatment. It turns out that even if it's cloudy outside, inside the sun blooms and warms. So you are saturated with colors and sensations from contemplation and touch with the canvas. And yes, I completely forgot, the music took on colors. Now when I listen to music with my eyes closed, in my mind it is blooms with different colorful flowers and moving streams, painted in bizarre color combinations. Well. This is great. I look forward to new discoveries and breakthroughs.

I came to Marianna's training with a lack of understanding of what was happening to me - why 10 years ago I drew, created, and I got pretty good work, I liked them, and, most importantly, I liked the process itself, but during a long break I took an easel and a canvas and fell into a stupor. Nothing comes into my head, it’s hard to do anything, and creatively the process turns into a hard routine activity ...
At the training we sorted out the psychological aspect of this indignation ... And after a little meditative practice, we got involved in the work ... And here he is !! Long-awaited INSIGHT !!! I remembered those long forgotten sensations when you fall into another reality and generally forget who you are, you do not need anything, neither eat nor drink ... There is only your sensations and your picture ...

Thank you, Marianna, for giving you the opportunity to feel like a free artist. Precisely free: from all thoughts, from rules, from embedded stereotypes and internal fears. While I am drawing, from creativity, from conversations with other women artists, I bit by bit extract some truths that are ready to become slogans in life:
1. Taking off the responsibility of perfectionism, you gain freedom in creativity, in life.
2. The phrase "I don't know how" is good!
3. If something does not work out, it is not fatal. The main thing is to have fun.
4. Through failures and bloopers you approach the ideal.
5. Fear of new things (hobbies, jobs, places, relationships) is your stop-signal on the path of development.
6. Learn to accept yourself new. You are old, like your old and familiar clothes, but you change your wardrobe.
The sky was green today! Can you imagine ?! I've never seen a sky that color. Probably, I just didn't notice before. Pink, red, purple at sunset - this, of course, I saw. But green! As Maryasha said, at school and in everyday life we are taught to draw a blue sky, and then the sky is only blue for us, and the trees are green. :) And we can no longer cross our boundaries if we do not do this consciously. And you just have to open your eyes ... and it's as simple as that! You just have to trust them :) and the world becomes amazing! We ourselves set our own limits, we ourselves determine the boundaries, we ourselves forbid ourselves to enjoy the manifestation of ourselves. On this course, this very line was opened for me - acceptance of myself and the world, letting go and acceptance! Allowing life to happen and manifest from an unexpected side. Thank you Maryasha for sharing this treasure!
